With her discovery of the Can Pal Point after a powerful awakening over 30 years ago, she takes us on a journey into ourselves, and back in time, to see, feel, and discover parts of ourselves that are forgotten and just waiting to express themselves.

Activities and useful information
When we work with the elements (building teepees, stone walls, digging the earth, and bathing in the river) , a reaction occurs within us. Caty knows which elements we need to move forward. This very special way of integration is Caty's specialty! A Physical-Sensitive method that only she teaches!
Caty allocates time to everyone, individually or in group work, under one of the thousands of olive trees on her property. A good break in the shade while having a good chat with her cannot be described.
She also enjoys explaining the essence behind many of her ceremonies during the stay. Here, you will get details of how and for what purpose a ceremony can be useful. She loves to teach these ancient traditions and rituals.
In a yurt, under the open sky, or in a hammock by the riverside, at night there are thousands of stars! Bring a sleeping bag so you can choose where to sleep. But the center also has single or multiple bedrooms. Everyone finds their comfort here.

Price: 1150 Euro - Full board (All meals and accommodation) and Caty's guidance and teaching throughout the stay. The price does not include airfare and transportation. Typically, each group rents a car and shares the transportation costs among themselves. Fly to Madrid and rent a car to drive to Acebo.
